You’re skeptical, right?
I’ll admit, I was too. Very much so actually. I mean, when you talk to any valid nutritionist, they’ll tell you that you can’t really lose more than TWO pounds in one WEEK, much less 4 in one day.
But I’m here to tell you that it can actually happen.
IT HAPPENED FOR ME!
How you ask? Well, I’ll tell you. This is kind of a long, drawn out process, but it’s worth it for the results I tell you. Heck, I’ll probably keep doing it until I get down to my goal weight!
Ok, so here’s what I did.
For lunch on Wednesday, I had half of a Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It had blue cheese dressing on it, the chicken wasn’t grilled, it was breaded and fried.
Now you’re really skeptical, aren’t you?
So there must have been something bad in that wrap, because from about 9:00 that evening through to 3:30 the next morning, I spent some serious quality time with just about every toilet in my house. (and someone else’s toilet, because it started at a friend’s house, nice right?)
Short of totally grossing you out, I will say that I didn’t know that I had that much…um…..fluids/solids in me at any point throughout the day.
Anyway, I got on the scale the next morning and sure enough, I lost 4 pounds. In. One. Day.
Maybe bulemics have the right idea, no?





I had this a few weeks ago and also lost 4 lbs in one day – I NEVER want to experience that again. EVER!
It works even better if you can get the sluices going at both ends.
Ugh. That sucks. Way to go on the 4 pounds though!

those 4 pounds is not fat its all poo. and the next day you will weight the same and you not gonna look different because there is no fat burning its just poo.

I just started HCG diet and lost 4.2lbs this morning. All I ate was an apple, 3.5 oz chicken, and about half a can of mixed veggies. I also did 100 situps, lifting weights, and worked pretty hard at my job.
I’m an 11 1/2 year old girl, and I way 92.0 lbs the last time I check (about 30 min. ago). I totally skinny. My froend says I’m anorexic, because I think I’m fat, too. I was 87.5 pounds, I eat a lot, so I should be at least 100 pounds concidering all the unhealthy food I eat. Sonow I am playing my DDR SuperNova game for the PS2 hoping I will be 87.5 pounds again. But, sky, you are totally skinny! And if you are trying to become 74 lbs, you shouldn’t. That is TOO skinny. You are skinnier than me, and I’m not a fat pig.
FYI what it says on the scale has nothing to do with wether u r fat or skinny, I just had a baby in April 2010 and have lost 50lb. I am 167 and still going on the hcg diet, I have been 139 my whole life and am pretty thin at that weight. It just depends on your body fat. My aunt is 5’7″at 137 and has 39% body fat and I am at 167 and am 5’5″ at 37.5% body fat. it really just depends on your height/weight ratio. Don’t go by the scale
Hey im not going to tell you my name but im 11 years old.i just turned eleven in december but im fat.i way 125.2 lbs. I dont want to be fat so i want to burn of the fat.i cant get a gym member ship. I have no weights and i do have school from
8:00-2:20pm every week for five days.i also dont know how to take pills. And i cant spend that much money. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can lose weight. Im not comfortable in my skin.
